Year 3 Boys Thank NHS Staff

In their #BeaconExcellenceOnline Self & Society lessons, our Year 3 boys have been learning about the history of the NHS and how our amazing NHS workers are now helping in the fight against COVID-19.

The boys wrote some beautiful letters and poems of thanks to Dr Alice Bunce (daughter of Year 3 Class Teacher Mrs Madden) and Alice’s husband, Dr James Bunce. Both doctors work as NHS registrars, and kindly offered to answer any questions that the boys had.

We are enormously grateful to all the key frontline workers who are working so hard to keep us all safe.
