Cooking With Kim 2021: To Improve Gut Health

Since the start of term, our boys have been learning about the importance of prebiotic foods in supporting a healthy gut microbiome in their #BeaconExcellence: Online Cooking & Nutrition lessons.

The boys were inspired to try out several different healthy recipes, including crunchy coleslaw with an array of delicious vegetables and brilliant banana pancakes. They certainly cooked up a storm for their families!
