Year 7 Team Building Day

The Year 7 boys had their traditional Team Building day last week, albeit in different circumstances to previous years. Willsfield played host to eight separate challenges to stretch the boys ability to communicate, plan, refine and compromise in a team environment under time pressures. The boys learnt huge amounts about themselves, their peers and how to function successfully as both team leaders and team members. It was lovely to see their efforts and desire to succeed.
