Remarkable Remote Learning Creations

6 April 2020

Our boys have produced some amazing work during their remote learning before the Easter break and we have been so impressed with their incredible creativity.

  • Year 2 boys have been sending in pictures of their Arcimboldo and Andy Goldsworthy inspired 3D Art.
  • Year 4 have been looking at the artwork of Wayne Thiebaud and have designed a three-tiered cake on a theme of their choice.
  • Year 5 have looked at graffiti art to design their own graffiti-style shoe.
  • Year 6 have been looking at the work of Jon Burgerman to inspire their own cartoon characters based on a doodling technique.
  • Year 7 and 8 have been practicing their drawing skills and have each drawn a lily by accurately observing proportion, line and tone.

A selection of our boys’ amazing artwork can be seen in the gallery below.
