We are seeking a friendly and highly organised individual to support our Finance & Operations Team for the duration of the Spring Term (January to the end of March).
The role will be for 20 hours a week spread across 4 days, term time only, assisting with general basic finance duties and administration.
Duties & responsibilities
General School Admin:
• Opening, sorting and distribution of post
• Management of stationery supplies including orders
• Tracking down and uploading direct debits to accounting systems
• Processing Amazon orders
• Processing of staff expenses for payment
• Filing of financial documents
• Other ad hoc tasks
Working with the Facilities Manager assisting with departmental administration in connection with:
• Service providers (Cleaners, Caterers, Travel Providers etc.,)
• Lettings of school facilities
• Rolling programme of works
The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 31 December, and interviews are likely to be held the following week.
