A Delightful Celebration Of Young Talent
We were delighted to enjoy a wonderful Pre-Prep Summer Concert, which showcased the impressive musical talents of our younger pupils and the progress they have made through their Music lessons, ensembles and choirs.
Taking to the stage in the Spinney Theatre, each performer confidently introduced their piece before playing to a large audience of family and friends.
Our Music Teacher, Jane Voneshen, praised the pupils’ achievements:
“What a super Pre-Prep Summer Concert, which really showcased how much progress has been made by our soloist and ensemble musicians in Year 2, as well as the strength of performing we saw in Little Voices choir. Mini Strings Violins, Mini Strings Cellos, Mini Brass and Mini Wind demonstrated great team work with their playing and seemed to really enjoy playing music with others. Please keep up the practice during the summer holidays everyone! You never know what you’ll have achieved with your music by the time we come back in September. Well done!”
We are incredibly proud of all who performed and look forward to watching our budding musicians continue to grow in skill and confidence throughout their time at The Beacon.
