Senior Schools’ Evening

On Thursday evening, we welcomed over 25 Senior Schools to The Beacon for an Information Evening, giving our Beacon families the opportunity to explore potential Senior School options for their son. We had representatives attending from Eton, Berkhamsted, Haileybury and Merchant Taylors’, among others from various locations in the UK. All of which set up wonderful stands in our Sports Hall, displaying information on what their school or college has to offer.
It was a fantastic opportunity for parents and boys to network and speak to the School representatives directly. There were also various Senior School presentations scheduled throughout the evening that families could attend.
Our amazing catering staff prepared and served a delicious chilli con carne meal as a special thanks to our Senior School representatives.
The event was well attended, with two staggered pre-booked arrival slots. A big thank you to our Beacon staff for organising such a successful event, and to all our Senior Schools for taking the time to attend and travel to The Beacon for the Information Evening.
