This week in #BeaconExcellence:Online Cooking and Nutrition lessons, the boys have been baking in preparation for the Great Beacon Bake Off! From scones to cakes to biscuits, our smiling bakers made an array of treats and their smiling faces suggest to us that they had lots of fun doing so! Many boys also continued to try Mrs Rowland’s various recipes from previous weeks. It is fantastic to see so many budding chefs amongst us!
The Great Beacon Bake Off will be held on Monday 15 June with 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each section of the School. The competition will be judged by Our fantastic paramedic staff at Wexham Hospital. After the bakes have been judged, we are thrilled that they will be distributed to the NHS staff at Wexham to say a very big thank you to all our NHS. Good luck bakers!
