Year 6 Enjoy Traditional Passover Meal

4 February 2020

Year 6 have been exploring various aspects of Jewish culture and traditions over this half term and, as part of our focus on the Passover Festival, we transformed our classroom into a banquet and experienced the Seder meal together. After preparing the Seder plate, the boys were able to participate in the meal including reading from the Haggadah, drinking their four cups of ‘wine’, and tasting charoset, matzah and even bitter herbs (horseradish!).
