Latest Update on Uniform
Uniform samples are available to try for fit in the school shop during its normal opening times.
After a one year grace period, the new uniform becomes compulsory from September 2009. However, please note the following:
- Sleeveless jumper: It is strongly preferred that this is worn as part of the summer uniform from May Day Bank Holiday until October half term.
- Long sleeved jersey: This remains optional. Please note that the old, wool-based style can continue to be worn after September 2009.
N.B. The transitional period for the introduction of all remaining new uniform items is to be extended to the May Bank Holiday 2010. However, items of old uniform will not be sold in the second hand shop after 1 September 2009.
The blue braid, to be applied to the blazers worn by boys in Years 7 and 8, is available to purchase from the School. For those parents who do not wish to apply the braid themselves, this can be done by Chiltern Specialist Cleaners of Grimsdells Corner in Amersham @ £10.50 per blazer.
